What Qualifies?

A product may be eligible for price matching if it meets the following criteria:

  • The item is *identical* to the competitor’s offering (same brand, model number, color, and condition)
  • The product is *new* and not refurbished or discontinued
  • The competitor’s item is currently available
  • Online comparisons must include freight or shipping costs
  • The product is sold by a qualifying online retailer or a local competitor

We match local retail competitors, including their published online pricing.

Exclusions

Certain items may not qualify, including:

  • Products sold by third-party marketplace vendors
  • Competitor service fees or design services
  • Limited-time flash sales or daily/hourly promotions
  • Special holiday pricing events (including Black Friday weekend)
  • Custom orders that differ in decoration, imprint method, or specifications

Because many of our products are customized, price comparisons must reflect identical production methods and order details.
